Absolutely Disgusting Attitude – Refused Full Refund Before Order Was Even Shipped

I’m honestly shocked by how disrespectfully I was treated by this so-called business owner. I requested to cancel my order before anything was shipped, which should’ve been simple. Instead, I was met with an arrogant, dismissive attitude and a flat-out refusal to refund the full amount.

Let me be crystal clear: her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. She spoke as if doing the bare minimum was a favour, and made it obvious she had zero respect for me as a customer. The ego, the entitlement, the blatant disregard for basic decency—it was actually embarrassing to witness.

If your business model depends on short-changing customers and treating them like a nuisance, you shouldn’t be in business.

I’m leaving this review so others know exactly who they’re dealing with. Avoid this business unless you’re okay being spoken down to and walked over. You deserve better.
