Terrible Service

I called the school today to get a break down of what items are worn as their winter uniform as it is my son's first year at the school. I spoke to a very impatient and rude lady by the name of Wendy. She referred me to the outlet that stocks the schools uniform, I informed the lady that I would like her to give me a breakdown of items I would need for winter. Again she referred me to their outlet, asking me where did I get his summer uniform. I told her Ackermans and she advised me that I should not have purchased it there as there is no school emblem on those items, I told her this is the exact reason why I would like clarity from her. After that she hung up on me. The sad thing is that this lady is in a senior position at the school and worse she deals with kids. She needs to learn manners and respect the next person irrespective of who they are. I am really disappointed in the manner in which I was treated, is this what is been taught to our kids.
