Ungappy client poor customer service online

Poor customer service! Empty promises and don't deliver on time. Ordered a ring for a special occasion 10 working days ago. Was promised on day 8 it will be delivered on day 10, the Friday we needed the ring. The Friday after numerous mails and calls with no luck wanting to confirm when delivery will take place on Friday we get a mail stating we will onlge receive the ring the following week either Tuesday or Friday. They knew this was for a special occasion and confirmed twice that we don't need to worry rest assured the delivery will take place for this special weekend. Overall, if we didn't ask 50 times there was no feedback out of their own to inform us of delivery and after finally getting a response saying we will def rec it on time it gets changed for no apparent reason.
