Stones Falling off Ring

I do not know where to even begin, I am really frustrated. My Husband and I bought a ring from this shop last year in Sept but I only started wearing it in November last year, by December it has a stone fall out and we took it in they wanted us to pay we refused as it was just a few months since we got it. They then replaced the stone and I got it back after 2 to 3 weeks I cannot remember for sure. Then again in June two stones fell off, may I remind you this is a less than a year old WEDDING RING, i took it in and again was quoted an amount to fix it which we refused once again. They said it showed that I had bumped the ring or something. Okay Ring went in for almost 4 weeks and it was back. This is a three piece ring with center covered with stones. Now we are in Oct 13 months since we bought and 11 months since I started wearing a stone has fallen off, from the same spot as it did 1st time.

I am frustrated thinking I will be living this kind of life till when with this ring, when we chose this store we thought they are the best in the business but my experience with their product is proving me wrong. I am sad, I dont want this ring anymore, how do i get such an issue resolved for good?
