Rude sales lady

On Saturday 31 March I went to Arthur Kaplan in Riverside Mall to collect my watch that was repaired. The lady was so rude to me I will never buy from them again. After wanting to give my eBucks card when I paid she even told me I am not allowed to do that so I did not even get my rewards for the transaction.
