Repairs not acceptable

I gave in my wedding ring to be made bigger and insert 1 diamond. Paid quite a bit but thought it would be worth it. I was promised their work is excellent. After sending it back once after bad work, today the 1 band broke off. I am so disappointed. I saved so long for it to be perfect so I can wear my ring again...now I'm right were I was. Still no ring to wear. Have to save money all from the start again. Heartbroken and disappointed.
