Real service with a smile

I would like to commend Claudette at the Menlyn branch for her outstanding service. She had to get numerous quotations for upgrading my engagement ring and handled every step of the process with care and professionalism. Something we really appreciated, was that Claudette kept us updated all the time - even if it was just an email to say that she didn't forget about us, she was still waiting for a reply from her head office. She's friendly and tries her best to satisfy the customer. Even though we decided to go with another jeweler based on the deal we could get, I would love to do business with Claudette again in future.
