No delivery for jewelery

I have placed an online order for an item on 21 December 2021. This order has still not arrived. It just says "stock being pulled/allocated" from last year. I have tried to reach out to Arthur Kaplan multiple times and the last being an email sent yesterday. They just ignoring me.
