Great Client Relations

Absolutely fantastic service from Christina and Jako at Arthur Kaplan Mall Of Africa, I went in there to have my watch repaired and ask what i thought was a stupid question and would be met with raised eyebrows but instead I was met with a very friendly and helpful atmosphere, on top of this I was made to feel comfortable and they made sure they had met my needs completely before I left the store, on top of this, I was called not even 5 minutes after leaving with an update on my query which made my day so much better and put my mind at ease, this is how every client should be treated and it really made my day so much easier, thank you guys.
