Excellent Service

On Friday 14 May 2021 I was directed by my insurance company to go collect watches from Arthur Kaplan Menlyn for an insurance claim.

When I arrived at the store I recieved the warmest welcome by the whole stuff and as we were looking for a replacement for out watches we were also given some excellent advice by the store assistance, that is going to look for models of watches we would like to have at another store, bring it to them and they will surely source the watches for us.

Upon our return from looking for models of watches we like we were also shown watches that just arrived of which we like 2 of and we took home.

The store assistants were just phenomenal and so helpful and deserve a big thanks and praise. I would really really like to give a big THANK YOU to the Arthur Kaplan Menlyn team. I would like to ask them to give the same warm service to everyone that visits their wonderful and clean store.
