Arthur Kaplan Sandton City

I got in contact with Arthur Kaplan Sandton City. They were extremely happy to take my custom order. Over the next two weeks, after I had paid the deposit, no one knew what I was talking about when I queried the eta of my order. Eventually, I decided - because no one at the store was getting back to me after they said they would multiple times - to call the Head Office. Michelle Govender found my order and confirmed a due date within the hour (great service here!). However, when I went into the store to collect I found that my order was locked in the safe that no one at the store could open. Don't bother taking time out of your work day to go fetch something when they tell you it is ready, becayuse it won't be. Arthur Kaplan - rather try elsewhere, the price does not match the service. I will never be shopping at Arthur Kaplan again.
