Arthur Kaplan Mall of Africa

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a ring from Arthur Kaplan Mall of Africa. Unfortunately, the size was bigger than I expected. I asked the guy at the store if they can help me to resize the ring or they can offer me a cheaper option so I don’t lose so much money. He told me that I only have two options: 1. Buy a new ring! Or 2. Put on some weight!

Very disappointed and will never buy anything from this store.
