Amazing regard for customer

<p>I went to Arthur Kaplan at the Mall of Africa. I was greeted warmly by Michelle. She went far above what I had expected to find a ring that I liked which her branch didn't have in stock. She monitored the entire process to ensure that the ring was transferred to her branch speedily. She then called me with the good news. Thanks Michelle. You are an absolute star. </p>
