Poor service

I came to the store on Saturday with 5 minutes left 12:55 and I knocked on the door and the lady poped out her head from the backroom and said it was closed so I said but it isn't one yet so she indicated with her hands that she isn't opening and that it's closed. It wasn't one yet. I was disappointed because I needed something urgently.

Very poor service!
