Unfortunate service

Unfortunate service on sales day, yet again. It seems if you are not a regular customer, you can stand around and be utterly ignored by the clearly overwhelmed staff. On s a sale day, this consisted of a flustered older lady, who saw me waiting and only deigned to help by pointing me in vaguely the right direction and giving me incorrect price info. Not the first time. I won't be back
