My No 1 Fabric shop

Arthur Bales, in Linden , Johannesburg, always has a fantastic range of fabrics, notions and wool. They also have wonderful sales when one can stock up with supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will order on request if something is not in stock. The atmosphere is always happy. Well, of course it is since the customers are sewers and knitters! I have been shopping there for about 60 years, but they have been operating since 1902. #SupportLocal
