teats crack in one week
I bought a newborn bottle pack used it for a week and the teats cracks had to throw 2 away.I emailed Nuk twice already and get no reply im really unhappy, feel I paid for good quality the least they can do is apologize. but no they rather not reply

NUK products are the best on the market! Silicone as a material is soft and durable perfect for an infant's soft developing mouth because it is soft it cannot crack.
One of the properties of silicone is that if it is damaged by a sharp object which commonly may include new teeth, sharp bristled from a teat brush, scissors while trying to enlarge the hole size etc., will tear from the damaged area. In the case of your teats I can't comments as I have not seen them.
Please will you send us a good quality photo of the damaged teats, as the first step in our attempt to assist you?
