Poor Brand Management with Disgusting attitude

<p>Purchased a formula pro. Water was not heating so i re-read the manual. It says before returning the unit give the supplier a chance to rectify. I made a courteous call and spoke to LEE who is supposed to be the brand manager, whoc actually convinced me that Artemis supplies terrible products that even she doesnt understand and I should not buy this brand anymore because she just doesnt care. I eventually took the unit back and was told there is a process that needs to be followed. Sorry for you'll but i will not let anyone else buy from your portfolio due to the pathetic service received. </p>
