Totally Unreliable and Unprofessional

Dealing with Art-tech has been a horrid experience over the past 3 months and despite me cautioning them that i was going to report them if they continued with such bad service, they continued their bad service. My bathroom required kickplates (like splashbacks) & mirror. 3 different people came to take measurements and after months of waiting for them to install, they brought the items with wrong measurements, painted shabbily and not armour plated as in the contract. They promised to come back the next day and did not arrive. i called a day later and was assured by the manager Julius that he will come in and sort it all out the next day but he also did not arrive. Over 3 months, this has been the pattern with them despite the contract saying that the installation will be done within 10-12 days after 70% deposit payment. In 3 months of drama with them, they have lost colour samples, not arrived for appointments and neither cancelled nor rescheduled, not returned calls timeously but i had to persevere as i had already paid a 70% deposit. I called the boss today and he agreed to meet @ 3.30 but guess what?? He did not pitch for the appt either! Disillusioned and shocked at owner!
