Art on Steel

I purchased a Fairy and Fawn Garden Décor Set from Art on Steel which was shipped to Cape Town in October 2022. In July 2023 the little fawn started delaminating and I emailed my concern to Art on Steel. I received a reply saying that they would replace the fawn if I paid the shipping costs. I asked for the shipping price and was told it is R135 and they would be happy to replace both the fairy and the fawn. I am a pensioner so was unable to pay the shipping costs at that time. I am now in Edenvale on a family trip and emailed Art on Steel saying I would now be able to collect the fawn from their premises. I received an email saying that the offer has now expired as it was not taken up in July 2023 and if I now wanted a new fawn, I would have to purchase a new set. I left a review on their website and was advised that as I had not taken up the offer in July 2023, they had politely informed me that the offer had expired. I find this strange that the offer had expired as at July 2023 there was no expiry date mentioned in their replacement offer.
