ARS Specialists .. not so Special more HACKS than anything else.

Do not ever use these People to do any work on ANY Electronics. They are a bunch of hacks.

I had a problem with a Sony Bravia TV in the conference room of our office. The issue pointed to a simple POWER SUPPLY fault.

I phoned them up and made an Appointment with them to come look at the TV. They missed 2 Appointments and only arrived here to look at the TV after i hounded Rocky . They started stripping the TV and proceed to try and Fix it This was Tuesday . They fumble around doing Heck know what to the TV and finally let me know by Friday they cant FIX .. where the whole time through the week i was told don't worry we will fix it .. no problem.

Friday i Finally get the TV back and i take it to a TV repair shop that was suggested by a friend. They inspected the TV for me and found That parts and *****s are missing from the TV. Main PC board has Physical damage on. Arnie at the TV repair shop tells me that he isn't sure that the Main controller boar is even the one that came with the TV. Some of the Internal Link Cables are gone.

They Left my Conference room in a state of disarray.

I urge everyone to please be careful of ever using these buffoons

They should not be used ever.
