Very Disappointed with A'R's Online Store

I had a very disappointing experience with A'R's Online Store. I placed an order, made full payment, and expected to receive updates on my purchase. However, after several days of asking for feedback and tracking information, I was completely ignored, blocked, and even removed from their groups.

To date, I have not received my goods, nor any explanation or refund. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable for any business that claims to operate professionally.
