UNFAIR TREATMENT

Good day.

Last year some time I went under debit review with ARS Credit they have been debiting my account every month and stating they have been paying my creditors it has no come to a point where about lose my house and my car.

Wesbank has a court order in place now wanting to reposes my car as the sheriff was at my house last week.

I spoke to Faheem the debit counsellor of ARS Credit to find out what is happening as they have been debiting my account every month now they want to reposes my car, they advised me that the matter went to court for the court application on the 13 June 2016 but no one can tell me what happened in court his attorney that they used is VHTINC Attorneys are not very helpful (Cornel) is the attorney that had to assist me as well no one can give me answer’s as to what happened in court I also found out yesterday that my homeloan which is with Standard bank has been terminated as well since last year November.

I have been asking for advice from people in the law and they advised me that the debit counsellor was negligent it not advising the attorney within 60days to grant the court order A friend of mine spoke to Faheem now and he admitted that he was negligent now I have to take the fall for his negligence’s I really don’t think that is fair towards me.

I’m in a place now about to lose everything because of Faheem the debit counsellor my car and my house.

I called Wesbank to find out if I can negotiate with then to at least pay off my arrears or work out a payment plan as I was not made aware of any termination because I would have done something about it long ago, Wesbank is refusing to hear anything from me even thou I was not at fault I they just told me its either I settle the full and finale settlement or give back the car I told them I'm will and able to pay off the arrears cancel the debit review and pay my car on my own.

I begging for urgent assistance as I’m about to lose everything I have worked for because of this debit review company if I knew I was going to be in so much trouble I could have rather paid my own debit knowing it was paid and struggled every month.

I have a family I’m the only breadwinner I cannot lose my house or my car I’m asking for help as I was advised that I need an attorney to remove the court order in the high court and I don’t have the money for an attorney
