Disgusting service

Horrible service. I was mislead when I signed up. I am still getting emails that says I am in arrears. I was told my credit wasn't large and I will be paying for around 3 years. I have been paying for over 2 years and apparently I have 4 more years to pay!!! What **** they will tell people just to get their account. Now no one replies or calls me back. I hope this isn't a **** and my installments was being pocketed! Someone advise
