Delivery incompetence

I had the worst experience with Arrow XL. I scheduled a delivery (which had a week lead time). I stayed home and didn’t go into the office to receive my delivery. They sent me notifications that they will in fact be early and a system to track them with. When it came close to the time, they simply updated my delivery status to unsuccessful. After multiple chat rooms and failed calls (sorry we are experiencing high call volumes bs) they simply forced me to reschedule. That was basically saying we don’t care, wait another week. Terrible service, I would advise against using them. ***********.
