Goldan Arrow bus driver

Goldan Arrow bus driver are selfish and rude . My ticked did not want to scan I was told to get of the bus I am taking chances were as I was on my way to work.The driver insisted for me to get of I paid with cash as I was already in the bus. Next day I used same ticket my ride was taken from the previous day and I paid cash I told the driver I was told to go to the depo to claim my money ..How can a person to claim R26 by using R50 return. I am so disappointed in them as I lost a ride and was told I was taking chances.
