Butchered hair

Do not wast your money at this establishment. I recently had my hair cut by the owner and she butchered my hair beyond words. I went back for them to rectify it and I was berated by both the owners who made me out to be a **** and a con. I work at a beauty salon which is a very similar industry but never in my life would I ever treat a client the way they treated me. The professionalism is non existant and both owners clearly have ego problems. A simple apology would have sufficed or even an acknowledgement of the mistake she made. My hair was longer than 20 inches and when I left I had a fringe that ends past my glasses and hair that barely touches my shoulder. Disappointed in their behavior, attitude and professionalism in this regard
