Lack of transparency and professionalism

I work internationally and have an incredibly demanding schedule, which leaves me with zero time during the workweek. Because of this, I deliberately paid Around the Block Driving School for the convenience of managing my learner's licence booking. I needed the process to be handled efficiently.Instead, Anika from the school booked me at the Edenvale Licensing Department. While they gave me a few options to choose from, she completely failed to disclose that Edenvale is the only department in the area closed on weekends.This total lack of transparency completely defeats the objective of why I paid them a premium in the first place. Needing to go confirm a booking on a weekday was a strict no-go for me from the very start due to my international work hours, yet here I am forced to disrupt my week to sort it out.It feels like a clever, underhanded way to make extra money when bookings lapse, forcing clients to pay them all over again. I paid for convenience and professional guidance, but I got the exact opposite. I will absolutely not be using them for the driving licence phase of my training and will be taking my business to a school that actually communicates honestly.
