Three hours late on moving day :(

We had our move planned out, but these guys unfortunately added a LOT of stress when, due to poor management, the movers arrived late. Three hours late. And had the audacity to ask me for extra payment when they finally left at 8 pm. Management promised they would call me the next Monday to discuss the poor service, but I've never heard from them again. The movers told me they never had a break to eat lunch that day - there was no time because the day's bookings were managed poorly. Very disappointing overall.
