****** goods during move
This company's staff has ****** a whole lot of items while we were moving our house contents to the storage unit, Items included, TV, Jewelry, Power tools amongst other things. They didn't inform us that we could have insurance with them, only told us after the fact... no we have to do to the entire admin process, got to the insurance, go open a police case etc... Do not use them, unless you want your stuff ******. Cannot trust anyone these days. Ridiculous!

We find it difficult to believe that staff members can steel a large item like a TV, and nobody sees it. Jewelry is supposed to be a valuable item and not packed with the certificate in one place, and definitely not sent with the truck. We ask in the T&C's that valuable items must be moved by the client themselves.
