I moved on the 27th of April and it all seemed like things would go well. The team was punctual and helped me move successfully. Unfortunately, my mirror broke and my diesel sneakers were ******. I emailed the company, called and was informed that they were investigating and that they would keep me in the loop. To my horror this was not done. These were my most expensive shoes and the fact that they not giving me feedback makes me regret not choosing a moving company I have used before. So so bleak
