Promised refund never happened - poor service

Roundabout Service has not been good overall. I would never recommend them! I had the following problems:

1. On the day of moving, they were supposed to pick up an appliance at my new house and drop it off with a friend on the way back, instead they went there before coming to me (and with almost giving my friend the wrong appliance). 2. The moving team demanded R250 in tips otherwise they would not move my furniture (off a R1200 bill) - even though it was within the 50m limit Roundabout has in their terms. I called the company and was told it was probably best to pay the tip. 3. I was quoted on the volume to be transported. The volume on the day was less than my estimate used in the quote so I was promised a refund of R550 on 31/8 after chasing it up. Numerous emails went unanswered and I had to follow them up with other emails and phone calls. Despite their promise to refund me on 31/8 I am still waiting for this money.
