Dishonest Service!

Damaged was caused to my tv, upon advising them, they said I must claim from my insurance then they will pay the access. I advised that I will not claim from insurance. I was advised by Samsung approved repair center, the tv is not repairable. They don't reply on any emails or calls. Most pathetic company I have ever dealt with.
