My name Nelson Mahlare Rapotu my contact details is *** / *** i rented a car through this agency and i have used the before they assisted me , but now i have issues with my recent rental ,i was supposed to return the car on the 27th December 2022 but i contacted them for extension and they gave me the banking details to do an immediete pay of R1476 to the extension, and to my surprise when i request a tax invoice statement i saw Tempest took R1330 for my two days extension.

I feel like they not being honest and transperant with this whole isssu, when i do follow up with aroundabout cars they can't me answers , they promis to call me but never call me.

i urgently need that money in my bank account before end of business day tomorrow.

And Tempest to release my deposit ,i spoke to them today and they saying they waiting for claim department to process the claim, i can't wait any longer they urgently need to finalise this,

I returned the car on the 29th December 2022 and i was advised that the deposit will take 03 to 7 days today is the 9th day and no one want to take ownership.

I was not aware of the windscreen chip , i only saw this on the day a returned the car.
