I recently rented a car there and paid the full price for the rental via the link on the issued quote , then I called to confirm my booking but surprisingly they gave me stories about HETZ "rental car" which the car was booked under about the company Hertz being in a financial crisis and changing the terms, I asked them to honor their agreement as I have already made my payment however they bluntly refused and I requested for my refund which they still haven't done so, I kept calling them and they hung up call everytime I request my refund. I spoke to Nolwazi but the guy that promised to make the refund which the same guy that advised that HERTZ has a problem was Sikho Mphithi
