The worst service EVER!

I made an online booking for 21 March 2023, which was a public holiday. I had a nice and welcoming message from Nomaphelo Mqum brining it to my attention that the Wonderboom branch does not work on weekends. The assumption being that they work on public holidays. I arrived in Wonderboom at 15h00 for my 16h00 appointment as directed by Nomaphelo Mqum. The Europcar Kiosk was closed. When I called the emergency line, Koketso directed me to the Hatfield (24 KMs) branch or Centurion (55 KM) branch. In the alternative, he directed me to go to any outlet next to Europcar, mind you, in Wonderboom Europcar is the only service provider! I sent an e-mail to Around About Car Hire, the next day I received an email from Sikhokele saying "I just got off the phone with the branch and they advised that they were closed yesterday as it was a public holiday. We do apologise for this inconvenience. Would you be able to collect today? If so, please let me know on a suitable time so I may arrange for you accordingly. Looking forward to your response". Off I went AGAIN, to Wonderboom only to find that they are open, but have no car that I could rent. For the second day, I was stuck!

I then went to Hatfied/Arcadia to the address they have online, only to find that the actual number is for back packers. If you have time to waste, want to suffer inconvenience of the highest order at the hands of a company that is clueless about what they are doing, try Around About Car Hire!
