Incompetence Manager

I was disappointed with the service from Around About Cars. I booked a VW Kombi year December 2018 and to my surprise, the time to collect the car was changed from 08h30am to 14h30 am and the pick up location was also changed from Durban town to King Shaka Airport, bear in mind I payed for full day treatment at ShakaLand (which is about 2 hours drive from Durban) for 8 people starting at 10h30am to 16h30pm. When I phoned your offices they said someone has changed the booking. I then requested to be transferred to a manager who told me that there is nothing he can do and its not his problem. The manager was rude and he even drop a phone on me. When I phoned back and told him that I will report this matter to Hello Peter, he said, I must bring it on, he is not scared of customers. I think this manager need training because hello peter is a website that you report a bad service but I guess when you have *********** managers they will think you are swearing at them when you mention hello peter.

To cut the story short, thanks to one of the staff member who was on duty, who tried his level best to try and resolve the problem by arranging two cars. The problem was not cars Portia but we wanted a bigger car so that we can travel as a family in one car. This spoiled our day and the trip to ShakaLand that was well planned. Please develop your manager in customer service and maybe educate him about the, vision, mission, brand promise and values of Around About Cars. I have been a raving client of Around About Cards for more than 10 years and all your customer care value streams services has been excellent up until this problem which I escalated to this manager with no customer service experience at all.

When I was looking for a car in A Group MT: VW TS Kombi (8 Seater or similar), Chante Joubert source this car for me and my ref was ********** . She gave constant update, send confirmation and her service was excellent. Moving forward, I would like to know how is Around About Cars going to resolve this problem of this manager who might affect your business in a long run while getting paid to service the customers he chase away due to his incompetence?
