AROTRADE IS A BIG **** - DO NOT TRADE with them

For the first time I got interested to Bitcont after having read a story shared on Facebook - SABC breakfatst show of how investing in Bitcoin has made the yo gain and turned their lives from being poor to millionaires. I look at the minimum amount required of $250 and I was intrigued and was willing to give it a try.I then clicked on the link which was included in that message which then led me to where I needed to transfer the $250 - all along I am led to believe that I am in the website for Bitcoin, needless to say after I transferred money a message popping up welcoming me to ARotrade - I was like what now , I then received a call immediately from a guy with a foreign accent asking to me a number of questions, at that time I realized that I deposited my money in a “ wrong account “ ie Arotrade vs Bitcoin. I then call them and informed them of an error and asked them to refund me. They gave me such a run around for a period of over a month wanted me to send them my personal documents from a copy of my ID , colored copy of my Credit card - back and front as well as proof of residence and they also forced me to sign a their declaration form stating that I have received services from them . All of this just proved to me that I fell for a **** and when you call them - it’s the same voices with a very terrible accent so you cannot be sure weather they understand you or not,they are also VERY unprofessional and NEVER listen to you. After a long drama of them being happy with my documents, they then approved that I can withdraw my funds, the balance was no longer $250 but $150 when then changed to $120 when I asked I was told it was penalty and service charges - I found it VERY ********* and weired that i was being charged penalty fees yet I was never a client and clarified that from day one. Remember they just tell you these things on e-mail NO one cares wheather you are comfortable or NOT !! Talk about ridiculous customer service, anyway in the end I am told that$120 is being transferred and no date is confirmed, I just wonder if it will ever be deposited.This was the most disgusting experience ever !! I cannot believe that there are companies like Arotrade which exist to suck people’s money this way. Be warned everyone DO NOT FALL for this and be careful- THESE ARE VULTURES looking for vulnerable individuals!!!
