Arotrade a surefire way to lose your money

I'd tried the arotrade system and have been extremely disappointed with the result. With the assistance of 2 account managers I'd suffered a big loss, with the second promising to make up for the first. I was then assigned a third account manager who'd advised that the trades done with the first 2 weren't done correctly hence such a high loss.

With the trades there's supposed to be a 'trade on arotrade' where they'd carry some of the risk but what wasn't explained is that the 'trade on arotrade' needed to be claimed and when I asked about it was told that the claim period had expired.

After this I'd decided that this wasn't for me and submitted a request to withdraw my funds, which was supposed to be quick, however, a week later and I still haven't received my money.

I'd contacted the 3rd account manager Will Goldin to advise that I wanted to withdraw and he tried to solicit more money to make another trade in the hope of recovering what I'd lost.

I maintained that I wanted to withdraw my money and was told that he'd call back in 20mins which was 48 hours ago.

So bottom line with these 'trading platforms' is it's a farce and ultimately a gamble. As much as they market the platform as a safer way to trade, or more predictable, ultimately it isn't.

Terrible experience, and still trying to get back the balance of my money that's still held by arotrade.
