Questhouse does not remotely resemble advertised

I booked a room at this establishment, on their website beautiful pics ect. Paid my stay in ful R 2250.00. Got there and it was horrible!! Pics does not remotely resemble reality! It is dirty and not safe at all!! Told the owner that i am not happy! He was rude and said he would return my money, eft, wich never happened. I left, because i got scared of him and my daughter was with me. I found another guesthouse that was cheaper and 5 star in my eyes!! This man is a *****!! No where on website i can write a review, feel people should be warned!!!
