White clientele matters more than non-whites!

At around 08h20 this morning, I dropped off my partner at N&E Hair & Beauty Studio and decided to grab breakfast at your restaurant.

I walked in and waited several minutes without being acknowledged a client. I waited to be served and even picked up a magazine from your magazine rack, hoping a waiter/ waitress would notice my presence. Alas, I was wrong.

I watched in horror as a client arrived, shouted “two cups of coffee” and was inmediately acknowledged.

Neither the gentleman in the cap (extremely unprofessional considering the environment I became accustomed to during my career in media and during my travels) nor the young lady in the red jacket acknowledged my presence as a customer.

I saved myself from the mediocre service and left. Clearly, a white customer - who arrived two minutes after me - was more deserving of service than I was.

I’ll remember to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Non-white patrons, support other businesses and not this archaic Apartheid relic in Pretoria East.
