Very dangerous area, very dirty and run down.

Very dangerous place to have coffee, incident of black man grabbing the property of one of the patrons while he was having a snack. The shopping Centre looks derelict and very dangerous as there are beggars and many vagrants hanging around. AVOID!!!!
