Arolds.co.za - no client service

I don't even know if this place exists! I have ordered a airfryer oven from them on line, made payment and received one email that they received my order. When I click on status of my order, the website does nothing. I have sent email enquiring about the status but they don't even reply. I don't know how long does it take to process an order but their client service is non existing. They have no contact details or address.
