Coffee machine

<p>I purchased a double jug filter coffee machine at Makro for R3000. It is from Aro catering. After using the machine four times it was leaking water at the top. I took it back to Makro in Bedworthpark and they would not exchange it. I explained to them I am in the hospitality industry and need the machine. They proceeded by contacting Aro catering in Roodepoort but they refused to replace the machine and said I needed to send it in for repairs and couldn't even present me with a loan machine for the time being. I didn't even receive a call from them. A machine this expensive should have no faulty defects especially only after the fourth time of use. Having experienced such atrocious service I will not recommend anyone to purchase a machine from this unwilling to help company. I will certainly not support them in the future.</p>
