Service from Mfc bank and Anorld motors

I bought Audi Q5 from Jacob at Arnold motors in klerksdorp February 2019,when he delivered the car it had a dent and the engine light was always on, one bonnet shocks was not there and there was no spare key.A week after receiving the vehicle I complained about the noise and the smell that was coming from the vehicle, the second week the car broke down. Jacob arranged for the car to be towed to their workshop it spent two weeks there,he gave me a polo to use in the meantime and then the polo also broke down, water tank was broken, Jacob accused me of breaking down their so I could not get my car until I make a plan to return their car.My husband called him then he arranged for the polo to be towed back to their workshop, after the third week I got my Q5 back, I used it for another two weeks and it broke down again after I told him there's oil leaking underneath the car. He again towed the car back to their garage ,it stayed there again for two weeks, this is the third month I bought the car,I got it back after two weeks, he accused me of being careless. I drove the car again for three weeks then it went back to the workshop to put the bonnet shocks and fix the engine light, it came back wit the engine light still on and it broke down again 28/07 then they towed it and said the piston rings are broken ,I asked Jacob to at least change the car for me because it gives me endless problems and he said Mfc bank they are refusing to give me the car, I sent numerous emails to the owner and the manager of the dealership including the bank, but no one was willing to assist me towards month end of August I managed to get hold of the owner and he said they are busy fixing the car for me while Jacob says the bank has approved my application he is busy looking for another car for me.Who must I believe in this case the salesperson or the owner and manager of the dealership. Since then I have been told that my car is being fixed I can get it anyday, until today I am still waiting, when I call they say tomorrow. What must a person do, the dealership Arnold motors is not helping, Mfc bank they are not helping,This is so stressful my kids are struggling as I used the vehicle to take them to school, I am always late at work, if I end up loosing my job because of late coming and my kids are being expelled from school, what will become of the life of my children and who will pay for this vehicle. I am very frustrated by the service I got from Arnold motors and MFC bank
