bought a car

<p> I bought a second hand car.. When the car was deliverd to me the car was damaged on the road. Now i spoke to the car dealers and the said i can trade the car for a nother car.. But now everything must be resupmitted to the bank.. But the only problem now is i am under debt review.. Can it stil be posible wil the bank accept the appication for the car swop the car is the same amount.. Nother chanches... Just the car. Please help me.. What can i do wil the swap work.</p> <p> </p>
