Bad service at Arnold Motors Klerksdorp

Horrible service. Bought a car 11 of August 2022. A Chev Captiva 2014 model, which engine over heated on the 5th of October 2022. It was reported to the garage, they agreed to fix the car at their own costs. They came to collect the car. I then told them i want a another car, because i was no longer rest assured with the vehicle. They agreed to do a trade in on another vehicle. But since then there was only empty promises and no other vehicle. Instead they claimed the engine on my insurance without my approval. Its now been to long and still paying the instalment with no vehicle. I am also waiting for a refund of the car license and registration which is still not refunded yet. Then they still have to pay me a outstanding balance of R12 000 that the over charge me on this vehicle. This is unceptable.
