bad service

<p>We bought a Hyundai Tuscon from Arnold Motors and traded our our. The sales persons was very helpfull and professional and the deal went through. The car had a rattle, aircon had problems and the airbag light was on. They said that they will come and collect the car ti fix all these problems. I had to phone them several times to come and collect the car. Eventually they did. I am now waiting for longer than a month to get my vehicle back and I have to enquire every week and then I dont even get a response or they give me a new excuse every time. They wont keep me up to date.</p>
