Over Promised! Over Charged! Dishonest man.

<p>I felt sorry for Arnold and gave him a chance to do some basic BIC kitchen repairs.</p> <p>The cupboards in one of our Flats had water exposure which caused the chipboard to swell and have an odour about the drawers and inside the cupboards.</p> <p>After listening to all the promises Arnold made me I was very dissapointed with the quality of work and that he never did all the repairs he promised to do. Straight after he'd done half the work he started harassing me for the money even though I had not had a chance to inspect the work. I paid him and found half the work done.</p> <p>When I critisized his work that the drawers were skew, didn't line up and had to be forced open, he immediately said that's how the drawers were, he also left out the chipboard beading and supports, that he promised me....such a dishonest man. </p> <p>He also promised that his billing starts when he starts cutting the cupboards...only to find out when he sent me the bill that he wanted R740 for assessing the damage...blatant ****. Also billed me more hours than he was there.</p> <p>Beware...he pretends to be honest, but then lies later and makes excuses. He's a small time *****.</p> <p> </p>
