The Arno Southey Magic Show & Entertainment PLZ re-consider your choice.

<p>On the 18th of May 2016, I made an enquiry with Arno Southey, The Arno Southey Magic Show & Entertainment to hire a jumping castle for my son's 6th birthday party that was held on Sunday, the 29th of May 2016.</p> <p>He said that before he confirms my booking, I must first pay in full.</p> <p>On the 27th of May I paid the money into his account for the jumping castle. My booking was then confirmed for the party that was scheduled to start at 13.00pm.</p> <p>The birthday party started on time (13h00) and all the guests were there and the kids started asking where the jumping castle was? I messaged him and he rep**** that he is running late.....</p> <p>I then tried to call him on numerous occasions and he didn't answer his phone. Just before 15h00 he messages me to ask what time the party will be starting???!!!!????</p> <p>By then the party had almost finished and I was left with a very upset and disappointed child and his friends asking where the jumping castle is.</p> <p>Late Sunday afternoon after the party had finished, I asked him to pay back my money and he said that he will make payment the next day (Monday, 30 May 2016). <br />(No apology for the disappointment whatsoever!!!!!)</p> <p>It is now two weeks later and still no refund and he is not picking up my phone calls or replying to my messages!!!!</p> <p>SO, this is just a warning to any future customers to please be careful if you decide to hire anything with The Arno Southey Magic Show & Entertainment and re-consider your choice.</p>
